Lloyds Avios Rewards credit card

The Lloyds Avios Rewards credit card is an alternative (although you can have both!) to the British Airways American Express cards. The stand-out feature of the card is the 0% fee levied on purchases made outside the UK - it is the only credit card to offer no foreign currency fees and offer rewards. My review of the Lloyds Avios Rewards card is here.

Which is better – the Lloyds Avios Rewards upgrade voucher or the BAPP Amex 241?

The received wisdom, prior to the 2015 Avios devaluation, was that the British Airways Premium Plus American Express 2-4-1 voucher was the best thing since sliced bread whilst the Lloyds Avios Rewards credit card upgrade voucher left something to be desired. The 2015 changes to Avios reward pricing […]

If you have a Lloyds Avios credit card upgrade voucher expiring, you could try this …..

Why are some Lloyds Avios cardholders not receiving any points?

Regular readers will know that I hold the Lloyds Bank credit card operation in contempt.  It regularly manages to achieve levels of incompetence which other banks simply couldn’t match if they tried. Who else, for example, would take five days to send out ‘refer a […]
