Just thought I’d flag up that Hilton are back on TopCashback, complete with a middle finger to those with their highest level of status:

    Online Purchase Diamond Tier
    1%

    Online Purchase Gold/Silver/Blue/Non Honors Tier
    4%

You’re late to the party 🙂 I posted that 3 weeks ago.

    Always been like that.

In fact ISTR it was 1% for any level of member, 4% for others.

Not that Hilton ever, ever paid out though

I find ihg often doesn’t payout.
Marriott always track and pay, but ihg tend to track, then never get paid, or somehow change from tracking at say £40, to magically changing to about 20p a couple of months later.

I’ve had decent results going through Perks at Work previously for ‘Wow Points’ (cashback, basically).

A few manual claims but always settled to my satisfaction.

Given that they’re still offering 2% I’ll stick with them.

Good reminder my Hilton booking from a few days ago… didn’t track! 🙂

+1 PAW’s support and responsiveness more than outweighs TCB and QC’s pathetic responses blaming the buyer.

Yet again IHG hasn’t even tracked on their bonus 10% day, surprise surprise. I’ll be told I did it wrong – really, after 15+ years and thousands and thousands of £s cashback across the 2 sites, it’s my fault your hotel affiliate are lying again.

Yes it was that previously but Hilton have been off the UK CB sites for a couple of years at least until last month. They were still present in other markets though.

Has always paid out for me.

Tracks ~50% of the time for me. I have 4 untracked claims that are slowly working their way through the appeals process. It must be something about my PC/browser setup, but I have a big issue with TCB claims failing to track. Unlike many others here, the BA shopping site is rock solid for me though. Given a broadly equivalent return, I always prefer the BA portal for that reason.

I tried Hilton on US TCB, a few tracked but never paid and then stopped tracking altogether

Maybe it’s too early, but I can’t decode CS 🤔

A lot of things so far so I’ll avoid quotes and just state my experience. Accor always track and pay for me but number of transactions is small. IHG track but sometimes pay and sometimes don’t, however, chasing up those that don’t has been 100% successful. Annoyingly I have found that if I have multiple pending IHG stays tracked the transactions can sometimes be combined under only one of them making it more difficult to monitor which has and hasn’t paid and if they have done so at correct rate. I haven’t tried Hilton or Marriott on TCB.

I’d like a clue too lol. I have a hilton booking to make before end of March to keep diamond…

My experience has been different, IHG had paid out, Marriott hasn’t. Previously Hilton was also temperamental.

    What’s CS?

The poster RTS never confirmed 😂 all I could think is that it was a mistype of VS – and a reference to a cashback offer on the virgin atlantic credit card, maybe?! I don’t currently hold one so can’t confirm.

Funny you say that about Marriott not paying out.

While I was bored at the airport, I checked through my payment received history, I stay in Hamburg a lot at two different hotels, all the transactions from stays at one hotel have always paid, but the transactions for the second hotel are all showing as declined…

I wonder if its the hotel themselves that have to approve or decline cb.
