If you are a member of Amazon Prime (although people have reported online that it works for non-Prime members too), you can currently take advantage of a generous gift card discount. This includes – to drag it into a travel focus – Uber and lastminute.com.

It appears that there is a £200 cap on your order and you can only take advantage of the offer once. You cannot pay with Amazon gift cards.

Using this offer for Last minute – Eurostar? Is this likely to workout good value?

If we can only by in £50 Gift cards can I use more than one at a time on a Eurostar booking?

Thank you if anyone has any good advice

Best to check every time for the terms of your *targetted* offer.

Mine is in-store and on-line expiring tomorrow. Who knows what the terms will be on Thursday.

Data point – I just bought 2 x £100 Uber digital cards with the discount and applied them to my account without issue (sent to different email addresses which are not my registered Amazon account address)

I can also put another in my basket and the discount still applies so not sure the £200 limit is real? I’m probably not going to actually buy any more as I don’t want to run a higher Uber balance / push my luck with Amazon fraud detection triggers.

I bought £500 in one go yesterday of £50 physical Uber cards.
      Showing as delivering today.

Would have gone digital but didn’t see them

It’s real for the digital cards, it’ll let you order another batch of digital cards but within minutes you’ll get a cancellation email.

If you’re thinking of buying an Ofeon gift card for £179 to pay for limitless DON’T. Apparently you can’t. I tried and Odeon flat out refused to accept it and wouldn’t even let me complain. I then went to Amazon and reported the gift card as faulty and explained the situation and they agreed to refund me (they don’t normally refund gift cards, mind you, so to even get hold of someone was tricky).
In other words, stay away from Odeon gift cards!

    • MKB says:

Off-topic: in the recent past, Odeon have had Black Friday and New Year deals on the annual myLimitless, so, if you can, it helps to time purchase with one of those sales. Back in January, I paid £120 for a whole year including West End.

The Odeon in Manchester city centre is still £5 per visit most of the time. I’ve been slowly running down an Xmas gift card all year 😂

  • SteveJ says:

You can’t buy (digital) gift cards on Amazon using your Amazon account/gift card balance.

For avgeeks looking for a double Dornier experience … whilst the cash prices for a through ticket LCY-BLL-DUS are crazy … rewards flights look fairly reasonable

and it’s possible to connect DUS-BLL-LCY on Mondays and Tuesdays

    When do uber credits expire?

  • Kraut says:

Can you buy vouchers for use on Amazon itself
