Welcome to the Head for Points weekly newsletter, full of the latest Avios, travel loyalty and travel credit card news, hints and tips.

The Marriott Bonvoy / Nectar partnership launches:

You can now link your Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar accounts and transfer points in both directions.

The best part of the partnership is that everyone who links their accounts will earn 500 Nectar points on every Marriott cash stay, up to three stays per year.

If you don’t have a Marriott Bonvoy account, you will receive 500 Nectar points just for opening one – no stay required!
