They are not the same – the form will generate the appropriate ‘voucher’. For a simple cash booking you would get an e-voucher, which is like a gift certificate – it represents a certain amount of money which can be used towards any CASH booking. For an award booking, it will be a FTV, which is the total spent so far held in credit, to be used on any future AWARD booking BUT for the same named people.
