If you have only just linked the accounts (so status shows as pending) then it can take up to 14days, I think is the quoted value. I have had to do it twice though on different MR cards and both times after 2wks I had to contact them on chat and after a lot of fiddling they linked them manually, so it is far from an always smooth process.

If the accounts are fully linked then it should happen almost immediately.

Do check the reward flight availability though before transferring as there is bugger all availability right now with VAA. Robs advice is to only transfer them when you are ready to use, is that the case here?
