Firstly, have you checked your actual booking in case PHL was a typo? Or is it now PHL instead of DFW but the rest is the same? OR DUB-PHL-DFW-CUN (all possible with AA).
Obviously they have to get you to CUN because that’s what you booked, but it sounds as though there’s a genuine mistake in there somewhere.
But yikes, yes, I doubt PHL will be as balmy and enticing as CUN in December!
*I am also hacked off with AA just now as they have changed my civilised 11.30 departure to Key West to 8.30 am!! They seem to be doing a lot of schedule changes atm.
