A rebranding wouldn’t stop them continuing to sell rooms on the Hilton platform, they would just stick a notice online saying we are leaving Hilton as of X date about a month before they left, this is what’s happened with other properties in the past.
There was a similar issue with Hilton Wembley a couple of months back and it was just down to the hotel not having loaded the inventory. Best to call the hotel rather than Hilton for something like that as they will just tell you there’s no availability loaded because that’s all they can see.
