I think it also depends on the merchants. I only have a BAPP and PRG. Hardly use the PRG in the UK, but it gets far more offers and better (% money off) offers than my BAPP that I use non stop, presumably because Amex/merchants want me to use the card in places I haven’t tried before. When I use those offers on the PRG, they eventually come back to the BAPP months later.
