Also got this text from Barclays:

Great news, you’ll receive your 100,000 Avios bonus by the end of April. They’ll be added directly to your BAEC account, so you won’t see them in the app, T&Cs apply. Your Barclays Premier Team.

I sent up the applied for the account on the 3rd of Nov but needed in branch verification and that wasn’t done until the 30th of Nov.
I hope the 100k is in on or before the 30th of April!
