You get 2 Priority Pass cards – one for main cardholder and one for your supplementary cardholder. Each allows one guest. This means a family of 4 can go in together if both parents are travelling.
If you enter a Plaza Premium lounge and enter showing your Amex Plat (as opposed to your Priority Pass) then I think you get two guests.
At Eurostar you get no guests.
Think it is card holder plus one guest at plaza premium
