As I understand it you can upgrade with points, so if any PE availability appeared you could do that anyway, as long as you have enough points.
I would personally upgrade your UVF seats to UC and enjoy the outbound and the Clubhouse (I’ve not been in it but it’s well-regarded here). We paid $173 each to upgrade to UC from NAS with the voucher which I think was great value (and saved 80k points)- if someone offered you a cash upgrade at that price you’d bite their hand off!
