As the original question has been answered, I am going to attempt to hijack this thread.
My Tier Point collection year ends 8th Oct 2024.
I have already accrued more than the 1500 points needed to retain Gold to Nov 2025
However my account still shows Nov 2024 as the card expiry date

Is anyone else experiencing the same?
