QSuite is far, far superior to Club Suite. The lounge in Doha is also a very nice lounge. Go to the one at The Garden, it’s slightly further from the gates but also newer.
The only downside to QSuite is that it’s not direct.
With regards to booking BA to SIN vs QR to DPS, just book BA to SIN when it comes up, and if you find availability QR to DPS later, cancel the BA reward for £35pp. Peace of mind that you’ll at least have something booked.
