Update, I have just been offered economy instead of PE as per initial booking. This would be on China Eastern. I have declined as they wouldn’t reimburse taxes or points. Also, I would need to buy extra allowance for bags. I have wrote again to Louise Phillips citing article 8… Will see if I get another response…
