Yes, you can if it is not prepaid FHR rate. Once it shows in your Marriott account (or you add it manually with a separate reservation number from the email you received from Amex Travel), do it as usual by tapping on the bell button on the app.
I guess Ritz Carlton is the best of the Marriott ones.
