Hi
I’m looking to spend the final £2k on my BA Amex to get the 241 voucher, before having to cough up another £5k by April.
I’m boosting my Avios (at <1p each), and thinking of sticking £500 on Amazon account and £500 card from my supermarket.
Any other clever ideas ? All suggestions appreciated.
Thanks
Prepaying utilities (assuming your providers accept AMEX) is always a popular route.
Lend Mrs Froggee your card for an afternoon?
Failing that:

I’ve got a list on my phone purely for this reason…
Prepay for Octopus Energy (or any other utility bills for that matter)
Service charge/ground rent for flats
For flex rate hotel bookings, ask if the hotel can charge your card now rather than later
Oyster card top-up
Amazon top-up
Supermarket Gift cards
Car park season ticket
Insurance (for any which are coming for renewal in the next month)
Or more aviation themed ones:
Avios Subscription
Seatspy Subscription
Or ask your friends to see if they have any big-ticket items which you can pay first and then they’ll pay you back through bank transfer?
Refundable flight *cough*
Refundable Hotels.com booking, prepaid *cough*
It’s never too early to start Christmas shopping 🎄
Also useful to have a stash of Amazon gift cards for when one inevitably forgets an occasion 😂
