Some very odd stuff going on here.
My Wife triggered her BAPP Voucher late March after £15k spend her membership year, end is end July.
Given that she has now retired highly unlikely to hit £15k again so decided to focus on my card as she is supplementary card holder. She called Amex last week to downgrade to free card to save £300 which was handled well by the agent card changes showed up immediately on our apps and received new cards and a small refund of £6.
She gets an email today from BA confirming that she has been issued a companion economy voucher valid for 12 months. It seems to me that everything is still messed up post the changes in November.
Will be interesting if they recall it……
