There’s a new sign up offer with the BA Prenium Plus card if you go through the link with BA executive club.
Frustratingly i signed up to this card approx. 2 weeks ago with the lower 30,000 bonus.
Has anyone ever had any luck ringing AMEX and them matching the offer?
It’s not happening I’m afraid.

Are you referring to a link to the BA website? Or a referral link?
Even if he did not receive the email, he should be able to log into his BA account and the offer will be there.I recall there being a way to generate a referral link for this 60K offer as well. It was all through BA’s website and I think it also needed some Amex stuff.

I’ve just tried to apply for the BAPP 60k offer, but annoyingly the link doesn’t actually take you to an application page. I’ve tried on 3 different browsers and my phone so I am assuming this is a classic BA website cock up.
Has anyone succeeded yet?
Well after an hour of faffing I managed to apply and get approved but only from within the avios app on the phone – not via a browser on a laptop or phone. No idea why.
I received an email yesterday from BA encouraging me to refer people for the 60,000 offer but the link to get the referral code seems to be broken,
I looked long and hard for a way to generate a referral code to no avail,
Any suggestions please??

If you login to the your BA account, go to ‘BA Shopping’ portal, then under Avios Cards you should be able to see your referral link and the associate offer. The 60k offer through a referral is a targeted offer, I think. Not everyone’s referral link will lead to 60k points.
It’s on the Avios app as well. Don’t know if everyone has the same, but mine is 9k/60k.

I found last year that the Gold and BAPP cards were very quick to arrive. More or less next working day.

Were you able to resolve this? I also received the email encouraging me to refer, but I am unable to actually generate a referral with the 60k/9k offer. @JDB’s suggestion of the Avios app doesn’t work for me, the referral page just contains empty placeholders ({memberBonus}, {refereeBonus} etc)!

Thanks! He actually received a tracker email yesterday saying it had been shipped and due to arrive by Wednesday, so fingers crossed.
