3 Quick Questions (building on the article by Rob Burgess HfP April 21)

I am flying domestic AA from Dallas to Miami next month. As a BA Silver card holder can I take a guest into the AA lounge with me as per the BA Silver policy for BA lounges ?

Also is the ability Rob mentions to access AA First lounges when flying DOMESTIC in the USA on AA as I am, still available – I will be travelling via Terminal D at Dallas.

If it is yes to a guest with BA Silver – does that apply to First lounge too ?

    Thanks for any advice.

By “AA First” you mean the AA Flagship lounge?

Read the corresponding eligibility criteria, it’s pretty clear that as “an oneworld Emerald or Sapphire member you get access if you’re departing, arriving or connecting to any same-day flight marketed and operated by American or a oneworld® airline (regardless of cabin)” including one guest:
    – for Flagship lounges: https://www.aa.com/i18n/travel-info/clubs/flagship-lounge.jsp
    – for Admirals lounges: https://www.aa.com/i18n/travel-info/clubs/admirals-club-access.jsp

Don’t bother with Admirals lounges, Flagship ones are much nicer.

Great Jacob – for some reason on the BA website when I looked it did not cover the guest angle – so thank you for showing it on the AA one !
