    For the last few weeks I cannot seem to do any action on my account. It started when it would not let select my seat in advance for free (Silver Jay status) and then it would not let me check in. Thought it might be a glitch but same on return. Since then, I cannot book or cancel bookings, just goes to an error message saying contact the BA office. I have done all my bookings etc. on the phone (for no extra charge)but aside from saying it might be cookies etc. (it’s not as it wont work on any browser) they do not have a technical team and hopefully it will resolve itself. Not good enough really.
    Anyone had this or got any advice on who to contact? There is clearly a glitch in my account (it’s not payment related either), doing my head in.

    If it’s any consolation, I can’t do any MMB actions from web, only from the app. Have you tried accessing your account from the app?
