    Hi All,

I am looking at staying at Intercontinental O2 in London during a May weekend.

Is it possible to use Ambassador free night uf booking using Emyr?

Thanks in advance for the answers!

    Regards,

    No.

Depending on the length if your stay you could for example book Fri/Sat nights using your voucher and the Sunday via Emyr.

Ignoring the weekend voucher, Ambassador benefits do usually stack with Emyr benefits, eg you’d get a one level upgrade for booking IHG Luxury and Lifestyle and then another level upgrade to reflect Ambassador. This clearly isn’t guaranteed but I have experienced it a couple of times.

In the most bizarre example I booked IC Le Grand in Paris via Emyr (a Junior Suite I think) and the hotel actually emailed me with photos of three different senior suites and asked which one I wanted upgrading into! This is very much not normal though.

Anyone got any views on the IC San Francisco or IC San Diego to use the ambassador voucher?
2 adults and 2 teenagers, would like to use the club lounge.

We liked the IC San Diego, although we only got a fairly minor room upgrade despite being Ambassador Platinum. You can choose the pay $100 per night for lounge access, but we didn’t bother.
Hotel location is good with lovely views across the water, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool, albeit it’s fairly small.

I’ve stayed at the IC SF a few times and lik it. Good location near Market Street but without the hustle and bustle. It is very busy when there is a conference on at the Moscone though.

Remeber though that access to the club is either paid for via the room rate, one off payment ($70 per person per day) or by chosing it as a milestine reward (holder of the pass plus one guest) and not just because you’re an AMB.

I valued the lounge but I wouldn’t pay $70 a day for it.
