My expiry date for Ambassador was yesterday (1st Sept), yet in my account (online and in-app), it’s still showing as an Ambassador. Is the back-end just slow to reset the membership? I have a stay lined up next week at the Intercontinental O2 so wondering if it will remain in place until then…
If the system says yes count yourself lucky
If it does expire before your stay there’s always the renewal offer as discussed in the other thread!
Yes, I was actually about to sign up for that offer when I noticed that it hasn’t changed. Will report back on if/when it changes anyhow
