Amending an Avios booking

Quick question that hopefully someone can help me with.

We have an Avios booking for the end of May. We want to change the domestic legs so we travel to/from Aberdeen rather than Edinburgh.

Do I have to cancel the booking all together and start again or is this a change BA (assuming I can get through) can do?

Is it still possible to cancel the booking and get a voucher and then rebook?

I’m assuming there will be a charge for changing/cancelling. Does anyone know how much it will be?

Usually £35 pp for any changes. If you can get through to BA they may make the change for you but there would have to be avios seats available on your new route.

Don’t forget that if you cancel your refund might take a while to come through AND your cancelled seats may not go back into the inventory, if there’s low availability on your route.
