Amex BAEC preium card Tie4 point offer not posting after one month

My wife signed up for the Tier point offer from Amex back in November last year. As mentioned by Rob and others it’s not very exciting but a step in right direction. Anyway have slogged to spend the requisite amounts to get the first 100 and second 50 TPs as she only needs that to trip to Silver. I can see that Amex transferred them both on 11 and 21 so March but nothing showing on BA as at today 27 April other than the Avios which are meant to auto convert to TP. Contacted Amex today who confirmed they have transferred but told need to speak to BA. Anyone else having similar problems?

I have the same problem, spent over the threshold for 150 TP and nothing has hit my BAEC account.

I’ve also not received the 1k Avios for the Cityflier LCY offer x two cards.

I’ve received mine now, they came across the same date as my usual monthly BAPP Avios sweep.
