Amex Business Platinum £200 Travel Credit

Hey folks,

A couple of weeks ago I ticked over onto my new year card year with Bus’ Plat’ and was wondering when I could expect my new annual £200 voucher to become available to use? Does it nenew by calendar year or card year? If card year how long does it take to appear when logged in to Amex Travel?

I think it renews on card year as my current one expires in August. I’d have thought it should be there instantly.

Just made a purchase for £250 on AMEX travel with my business platinum card.

How long does the credit usually take to post? Customer service said 30-60 days, but hoping it’ll be faster than that…
