Amex Business Platinum application

Hi all – a friend of mine applied for the Amex Platinum business charge card and once application was submitted it showed “application under review ”

Is this the normal process?

Yes – sometimes it’s approved straight away, sometimes it goes to review. My wife’s recent application for this card resulted in an email requesting all sorts of certified documents to show who the business owners were. It was resolved with her emailing a link to Companies House, which shows all the details they wanted.
