Amex Business sign up bonus

Hi everyone.
I read that the Amex business platinum card has a sign up bonus which you get even if you’ve had the card before.

Can you sign up, use the perks (like the 200 on Amex travel)
Cancel for a pro rata refund
And then sign up again at the end of the year for another SUB and £200 credit on Amex travel?

If Amex accept you again, yes. I suspect they are not that daft though!

Any whispers on an enhanced SUB in the near future? Looks like they did run one last summer and have ready run a couple this year.
