Thinking of pulling the trigger on an ARCC to Platinum upgrade offer but I have quite a few cashback offers saved to my current card that I’d like to use in the next few months. Does anyone have recent experience of an upgrade and whether saved offers stay on the new card? The card number doesn’t change but unclear if that means offers are retained. I did call Amex and they said the offers ‘should’ be retained but didn’t sound very confident about it!
Not that recent experience, but I applied for a platinum card via the ARCC route a couple of years ago.
The card image and the account type changed.
The offers saved and account number remained the same.
