Worked for me at Alicante last week. I showed the card to the lady and she just waved us through. She never even looked at it.
BRU requires a voucher to scan at a kiosk. The vouchers are issued to Brussels Airport Enjoy accountholders. Since only locally-issued Plat cards can register for that particular Enjoy membership, internationally issued cards won’t work.
In case anyone is tempted to try without a voucher, I would say just buy a fast pass from the airport website. BRU is not the airport I’d choose to f around and find out. Queues other than fast track are horrifying most of the time.

I didn’t know this existed until I saw a sign after passing through security at Madrid Barajas today. Googled it quickly, read through this thread and gave it a go. The agent asked which country, I told her UK and she checked the name on the card vs the boarding pass and then let me through. Travelling on Iberia.For future ref we used Plat at Madrid airport on a Ryanair flight. We showed them the card, let us through but they did ask that my 10 year wasnt included but they let him through anyway.
This has worked for me twice at Alicante airport. Just held up the card and got waved through.

Privium is a benefit on NL-issued Plat cards only.

As @Blai states it will have a caveat but you lose nothing in trying a cheeky one.
Worked for me fine in Naples airport, just made sure the card name matched the boarding pass
Data point: Worked fine in MAD last week. Was asked if it is UK card (not sure if it matters?). Staff asked for the card (I guess) to check if it matches with the boarding pass.
Does anybody have a list of Spanish airports that this *may* work at for the UK Platinum card. Hoping for IBZ and Tenerife soon.
It looks like the Italian airports are pretty consistent / straightforward which is great.

Saw a humongous banner for Fast Track with Amex at MAD. No t&c’s anywhere. On amex.es also it states the usage of Fast Track with Platinum at AENA airports which I assume is all Spain. I will be in PMI and test it later this month.
Any update for Spain, particularly BCN?
It seems that one needs to produce an Amex Experiences app produced QR? I’d appreciate any recent experience.
