Does the Amex Travel Online Offer (Spend £300 get £100 back) work with FH+R?

Can anyone confirm if they’ve been able to use this offer for flights only?
I was denied the cashback previously even though the email notification triggered when I booked a flight via Amex Travel when they had the £100 off £400 spend offer. I didn’t read the T&Cs (duh) and it said flights are excluded from this offer, only Hotels and Car Hire bookings are eligible.
However, I see in the comments on today’s article for the Amex Members week that some people have booked or are planning to book flights to make use of this offer + the additional £75 off £300.

Yes, I used it for a flight only BA booking and it posted as expected.
