For a few weeks now I’ve been unable to price up any reward flights on the app.
I can find the flights but once I try go through to the next page to check costs, it asks me to log in and then comes up with an error.
Since the update, now it takes me to the webpage to re input the flights but again, the same error message pops up.
Anyone else having this?
I have been having constant search issue with app and website. Have to search like 5-10 times before it shows me results. Keep giving errors. Been going on for like a month.
Tried two different browsers and same issue on phone.
@jordanmbz – the BA app has never really been useful for booking any ticket, reward or cash. BA.com works absolutely fine if you open it in a browser on an iPhone or iPad.
Strange as in the past few weeks I’ve used the app to book both cash and avios flights with no issues at all.
My current technical issues with the app are: When I go into “cheapest fares” and select a duration that’s anything BUT 7 days, it defaults back to 7 days. This has been an issue for a very long time.
These last few days I’ve been unable to see my account details, i.e. progress to Gold etc. It just says “Something went wrong.” I’ll say…
BA.com works absolutely fine if you open it in a browser on an iPhone or iPad.

… in all seriousness, the browser is (subjectively for me) better on iPhone or iPad. If using MacOS/Windows, close all BA tabs/windows and delete all cookies (stored data). Then start again (and you may need to repeat this several times).
