Looking for advice on best/fastest car rental company at ACE.
I have Hertz 5 Star and Avis Preferred. All companies seem to be similar in price, inc local firms like TopCar.
Any advice? Will be hiring something on the larger side / SUV, Minivan
ThanksAlways go with Topcar in the islands. The chains have horrible reviews.
Autoreisen are fantastic. I scuffed an alloy and there was no come back/charge the last time there. No crazy excess charges either and decent cars, not old bangers. I’ve used them the last 3 Canary Islands trips and always been good. Priced keenly as well.

They used to be the same, but they split apart. I went to the wrong desk last time. Both are great.
Cicar were great for us.
Used Topcar last month (for a tiny car) but they were great.
We usually use Cicar or Cabrera Medina (same company but different prices on different sites). Local and excellent. I always see people arguing on return at other desks, but not there!
Cicar were awesome. Dropped the car to us and picked it back up from hotel for 35 euros 2 years ago!
+1 on Cabrera Medina . They also give free car seats which I’ve now been learning cost a fortune with a lot of other companies!
