So we’re going to be in Athens for one night in early June with a 4 and 6 year old. Looking for a hotel well located for the Parthenon (which I hope my 6 year old will enjoy, at least for a while), which is family friendly, and not going to feel like too much of a step down after 5 nights at Domes of Elounda. Fairly flexible with budget and no particular preference for chain (I vaguely collect Marriott / Hilton points, but not fussed really).

We had the Electra Palace booked back in August. Unfortunately didn’t manage to get there owing to forest fires but that was with kids a bit older than yours and the same aim of being close to the Parthenon. Disappointed we didn’t get to stay as it looks like a lovely place!
