When signing up, you have to enter your postcode, the system doesn’t recognise it.
Contacted help desk, and it is a known problem, and could take a long time to fix, they advised to try another post code nearby to see if that’s works

Instead of E14 N20 try to write it as one E14N20
This way worked for me

Does it even work? I tried it to get some miles into Iberia to activate the account and nothing appeared. I’ve basically given up trying to get an Iberian account as it seems impossible to create new ones without flying.

After posting I actually tried and they are there. Only took a few months!
