Avios Hotels Error

Anyone else facing this error when searching on Avios Hotels?

“Hotel not found. There was a problem searching for hotels, please edit the search and try again.”

I think I’ve had that when it’s not available on the platform, but trying just now the search box says “Hotel not found” before you hit the search button. Did you try searching for the destination instead?

Yes, and faced the same problem with a few different hotels (apparently it is a known issue that IT is working on fixing). Ended up booking with hotels dot com using yesterday’s TCB offer, which was a better deal than the 15 Avios per pound on Avios Hotels.
