If a “cash” transaction (either ATM, or cash-like – bookmaker, for example) is done – when is the fee for it posted to the account?
Does the fee appear alongside the transaction (in which case a truly extraordinary transaction I have just put through is wrongly free of fees…) or does it appear later in the month / at billing date?
In a matter of days after the transaction (but backdated to the transaction date). Probably after the original transaction had cleared.
