    Hey everyone!

    My wife and I both have the BAPP card and completed the spend for the 200 tier points. My wife’s points have appeared in her BA account while mine have not. Her account shows the tier points being earned and then transferred out (in Feb/Mar). Mine only shows them being earned (back in Jan/Feb).

    I called Amex several times and they have confirmed it is a known glitch that they are aiming to resolve by 31st May when the promo ends.

    Has anyone else had this issue? Have you managed to get Amex to resolve it for you?

    A few people have posted about not getting the TPs they expected, have you looked in the list of Amex threads?

    I had the same issue and was also told that it’s a ‘known glitch’ and not to worry 🙂 I’m not overly worried as if they resolve the issue on 31-May then they may post into our new membership year if we’re lucky.

    Thank you both. I spoke to Amex on Thursday and asked for the issue to be escalated and by yesterday the tier points had appeared – I imagine it can be manually sorted out if necessary.

    My Avios sweep should have happened yesterday, perhaps today, but although they have left according to my Amex app, they’re not yet appearing in my Avios app. I wouldn’t normally be too bothered but as it includes the 50k SUB from my BAPP I will be frantically refreshing until they appear!

    @tootsci almost the same here! Mine left AMEX on the 5th, usually post on the 7th. Mine also include tier points.

    A friend whose sweep date was the 4th also hasn’t got his yet. Hoping the bank holiday just delayed things a couple todays.

    I’m in a similar vote, my Avios left my Amex account a few days ago but haven’t shown up in the Avios app.

    I have the same issue, Avios and tier points left AMEX 5 days ago and haven’t arrived to my BA account. It looks like a phone call to AMEX should solve it?

    Yeh still nothing here too. I’m currently away so I’ll wait to see if my flight credits, I figured that would be a good way to see if it was BA’s side or AMEX’s.

    Surprised more people have posted if everyone was affected though, my tier point year reset was April? Not sure if moving over to the new years might have caused it BA’s side?

    I asked AMEX chat help, they said:
    “It is a known issue. There was some glitch with BA on 4th May, due to which, the points we transferred are not reflecting. This issue has been shared with BA and they are already working to resolve this.”

    Data point – I called AMEX today, there were aware of the issue and credit AVIOS and tier points within 5 mins of the call
