Anyone having issues with the BA app, in particular the account details section. Previously I couldn’t access my recent transactions but now that’s now been rectified. However, whilst that’s been resolved, I can no longer get into the account details section. My wife’s is the exact same. It’s been like this for over a week. I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, logged out and back in but no joy. Error message I’m receiving is “something went wrong” Anyone else having similar issues ?
Apple – same issue – “something went wrong”
Android – no issue – display fine.
I suspected that lol……you would think they would get round to sorting it
My app (iPhone) has been stuck on “Something went wrong” for more than a month now. It’s incredibly annoying. I can still access the information I need on the website, but I shouldn’t have to.
Exactly the same here. Just went from silver to gold…..not sure if change in status has anything to do with it?
Reported it via the BA app feedback email – but , surprisingly, that’s pointless 😀
Same thing on mine (IPhone) for over a month.
Is the Android app completely broken for anyone else this morning?
Tells me ‘this version has expired’ and the only option available is to visit the Play Store to update. Trouble is I already have they latest version and there is no update available!
Resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling (the same version) again.
It’s going to be a real pain if they are trying to enforce mandatory updates without warning. Getting to an airport to find access to a saved boarding pass requires an app update is no use to anyone. It was working fine yesterday evening.
