    I forgot how frustrating BA.com can be on final day of sale. Managed to get all the way to pick rooms on a BA holiday then “continue’ kicked me back to the log in page rather than to passenger names and payment. The website never seems to get any better. I’ll try again this evening but I imagine it will get more busy before the midnight deadline.

    ba.com is a total piece of cr@p. There are daily untested changes being made by a group of 100’s of “developers” scattered around the world working from their bedrooms. No one at BA has any general oversight of the website or how it works/should work.
    A shambolic bunch of amateurs. Actually that’s unfair, good amateurs are often more interested and capable than many “professionals”!
