    Hi, we are due to check in for BA flight to MCO this afternoon (for flight tomorrow afternoon).

    I entered all the Covid information requested in the BA app yesterday and it’s all been approved but when I go into MMB in the app now, it still says in red “You must add COVID-19 travel documents for all passengers before checking in” as if I haven’t entered it.

    Does anyone know if this is normal and all will be fine come check in time or if I need to do something else? It’s going to be a very busy flight so want to be sorting seats on exactly T-24 hours.

    It was all fine. No real choice of seats left but we’re sitting together and all good.

    I had something like this when my gf and I each filled a separate VeriFly (so for the same booking I had a trip on my phone for my name while she was completing her profile on her phone separately – both under that same booking ref. number-). In both phones the profile looked complete but on the BA website I was showing ready to check-in while she didn’t.

    I sorted that by adding her on my phone and doing everything again (there didn’t seem to be an issue with her name being in both my phone and hers).
