‘BA Executive Club Winter 2022 Bonus’ – any ideas?

Randomly been credited a whopping 6 avios for the above this morning.
Obviously barely worth the wear and tear of my keyboard to ask, but I am curious as to what this could be for – any ideas?
I don’t remember seeing anything about this and it seems odd to receive such a tiny bonus for something!

Have you used eStore recently? I vaguely remember a Summer Bonus” of the odd 100 points for eStore use a year or two ago, but it wasn’t well advertised

20% bonus makes sense for me too – my only recent eStore transaction gave me 42 Avios, has been followed by an additional 8 “winter bonus”. Very odd that it’s not been communicated anywhere.

I’ve had this twice now, and it has always posted a couple of days after an estore transaction posts. I just assumed it was a bonus on eligible transactions.

Yes, definitely a promotion via the eStore. Various retailers are offering 20% bonus Avios; Argos, Toolstation, Screwfix are three that have paid out for me.

Also extra 20% on AliExpress, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges (already on 16 Avios/£ promotion so this makes it 19)

I’ve received the same bonuses after e-store purchases from John Lewis and The White Company 🙂
