Dear all,
I hope all is well. Just want to ask, does anyone have any experience in booking a technically open-jaw BA holiday? Does it qualify for double tier points promotion?
I am planning to book a BA holiday with a car rental in May for 5+ days.
The website shows me the outbound:
London City to Zurich (30/05/2022)
And Inbound:
Zurich to Heathrow (05/06/2022)
Will this qualify?
Thanks
The t&C state 5 nights not 5 days but as your trip looks to be 6 nights away then assuming your car is for the whole trip then yes you qualify.
Just seen it’s been extended to October. When did that happen?
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, it is 6 nights for the whole duration of the trip. But if I am leaving from City Airport and returning to Heathrow, will I qualify? As it is now technically an open-jaw booking.
At the moment, I don’t see the reason why I need to pay an extra £30-ish to go to Heathrow on the outbound while I can go to either City Airport in a very reasonable effort.
Thank,
