Cheeky, but here goes… we’re flying into Changi in business class then on to Perth 14 hrs later. We’ve booked a transit hotel room but would we be eligible to visit the BA lounge for an hour or so when we get off the plane upon arrival, or is it just for departure passengers?
Given that you’re in transit and they won’t know your plan I don’t think you’d have a problem

If your onward connection to PER is in business on QF you might be allowed access per One World.
If it is just your inbound on BA being in business then the answer would be no.
