    Hi all.

We’ve got a BA 2-4-1 flight booked in September from EDI-LHR-NYC and BA have now cancelled the EDI-LHR flight.

Would we be able to get BA to reroute us on the direct UA flight from EDI-NYC or would we have to take an alternative BA connecting flight from EDI-LHR to connect with the NYC flight?

They won’t do this (only potentially for a cancellation within 24hrs of departure)

Aer Lingus is in the transatlanic JV now but I’m not sure if BA can rebook EDI-DUB-NYC but worhth an ask?

Otherwise you need to find a EDI-LHR-NYC timing that works – you can pick a different LHR-NYC flight if that helps make a more reasonable connection time
