Will BA be launching its Winter sale this week?

I believe I’m correct in anticipating a BA sale this week? Around the 16th they usually launch along with a VA one.
Wonder if it’ll be any good. Last one was pants.

Just looking at European J fares for a city break over the next few months and they seem pretty low. I wonder whether they have been adjusted down for an upcoming sale?

I’ve just done my usual sale comparison and, yes, it’s a pretty crap sale. USA fares in Club especially are worse than in the majority of previous sales.

Saved £ 120 on a Berlin Holiday next February

Would have been £160 but I went for a bigger room and added breakfast.

Yep. Off to NYC tomorrow and I paid a fraction of what is on sale now. But the US was closed for travel back when I booked

Worth checking though, just cancelled (got the voucher in less than 5 minutes) and re-booked and saved a reasonable amount, which is now in another voucher

Shame there aren’t any better deals. Still wonder what next summer will be like restriction wise… A lot of pent up demand for big holidays methinks

Good value to be had on luxury European holidays. Flying business and 5 days at Sheraton Istanbul for sub £500 pp for example
