Barclaycard Avios Plus recent enhanced welcome bonus / issues with app

So applied for the Barclays paid avios card on the 29 May which was offer enhanced bonus of 50k when spending £3k in 3 months

Card came a couple of days later

A few issues so far

On the app , welcome bonus says 25k , it should be 50k , is there an issue

Spend tracker showing as zero , I’ve spent 2k , transactions have posted already not pending , is there an issue

Avios earned is showing zero

Called BC as useful as a chocolate teapot

Any suggestions or are these issues normal when getting the card

Was the same for me but the 50k points posted correctly.

I’m having the same issue. BC customer service have told me they will both start working after my 1st statement has been generated – we’ll see!

Same issue here
I’ve spent £3000 and paid that £3000, no pending avios for the spend! My husband on the other hand had pending Avios as soon as he used his card.
I accept that the sign up bonus will take time but daily spend Avios should surely be showing not when the statement is generated.
We will see.
