I can confirm that another CS agent said (as suspected) that I will not be eligible to upgrade and then switch to premier banking as I hold a personal account, so bye bye to the 25,000 bonus offer. I can only get 2,500 which isnt enough to persuade me.
Does she have the free Avios card or the £20pm Avios Plus Card? As she would need to first have the Plus card before you go down the road of applying for Premier banking, and then switching on Avios Rewards (at £12pm).
She has the £20pm plus card.
Then as long as she signs up for Premier banking and switches on Avios Rewards during the promo period, she should get the 100k.
