Best/easiest way to stop avios expiring?

Hi, i “think” im pretty close to the 36 months for my avios expiring. I’ve never used any and i dont think there’s any way to check how long ive had my avios?

So whats the best or easiest way for me to stop it expiring? Just to make sure it doesnt happen…

If you have a rewards credit card, you can transfer some points across. Or you could make a purchase at the BA eStore.
