is it upper deck? I assume window at back to avoid people climbing over you/you climbing over people? Or middle seat upper deck which is solo rather than the 2 middle seats lower deck. Any recommendations?

Personally I found the smaller upper deck cabin with less airflow than downstairs caused me to overheat when flying from LHR in Feb. No individual air nozzles to mitigate unfortunately.
YMMV travelling at a different (hotter) time of year.
